Letter: See ‘Sound of Freedom’

By Cheryl Partridge, Vancouver

This week my husband and I went to the most artistic and moving film, “Sound of Freedom,” and believe it is the most important film of our time. It is this month’s top seller to date and will surely be an Academy Award winner.

The storytelling is superb and captivating, filmed with action and drama. This story is true and the topic is dark: human trafficking of children. Two million people are trafficked each year and sold into slavery. Human trafficking is a billion-dollar industry. This story is good vs. evil. Please make time to see this film and encourage others to see it. We are all God’s children.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
