While the forecasted runs of Chinook and coho look pretty good, everyone is wondering if there will be a full Buoy 10 season after a shutdown last year put an early end to the fun.

The Buoy 10 fishery — the largest salmon fishery in the lower 48 states — is set to begin Tuesday, Aug.
