Vancouver police are seeking the public’s help finding a missing 14-year-old boy who they say may be near the Vancouver Mall.
Officers describe Hector Diago Haavisto as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. They said he has black hair and black eyes.
He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve white shirt, gray hoodie and black Dickie’s pants. The department did not say when he was last seen.
