Letter: Follow the money

In Arizona, Saudis own acres of land where they grows alfalfa for use domestically. They can use all the water they choose and no one stops them. Moratoriums are being put in place in Arizona to stop development due to a lack of water. Something isn’t right with this. People complain about other countries owning a piece of America. Follow the money. It’s about the haves and have-nots. The wealthy are giving away our country.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
