The Washington State Department of Health took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County Providers.

In November 2022, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Tang Xinwen of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Xinwen allegedly gave a client a massage without having a license, the department of health said.

In December 2022, the secretary of health denied Pik Yuk Li’s massage license application. In 2011, Li reportedly surrendered his Nevada license due to sexual misconduct. He also reportedly received a cease-and-desist order for unauthorized massage therapy practice from the Colorado Massage Therapy Licensure Office, the department of health said.

In January 2023, the Nursing Commission and advanced registered nurse practitioner and registered nurse Ashlee Alieta Tubb agreed to an order requiring Tubb to compete coursework and exams on ethics and boundaries, along with a class on the Nurse Practice Act. Tubb is also required to pay a $2,000 fine for giving her employers a COVID-19 vaccine card with inaccurate information on it, the department of health said.

In January 2023, the Agency Affiliated Counselor Program charged agency affiliated counselor, Kathyrn M. Reinmuth with unprofessional conduct. Reinmuth allegedly developed a sexual relationship and maintained unprofessional boundaries with a 17-year-old patient while employed at Daybreak Youth Services, the department of health said.
