The Clark County Law Library this week announced the addition of a new driver’s license suspension appeal kit to its self-help kits.
“This kit focuses on appealing a decision to suspend a driver’s license made by the Department of Licensing,” Law Librarian Maria Sosnowski said in a news release. “It also includes an overview about writing the brief and going to court for a hearing.”
The self-help kit includes the forms and instructions needed to complete the appeal, including a few pages about briefs and the hearing.
It can be purchased on the county’s website, as well as at the Law Library on the first floor of the Clark County Courthouse, 1200 Franklin St., Vancouver. The kit costs $40, shipping is $10, and there is a $2 fee when using a credit card.
