Sad to learn of the passing of Jim Moeller. Many do not know that two of our county’s agencies that serve the needs of hungry families, the Clark County Food Bank and FISH of Vancouver, were made possible by his tireless work to get state funding for new buildings. These were just two of the many social service agencies he worked to help grow. He will be greatly missed.
