Letter: Clean up camp near downtown

By Joe Blatner Sr., VANCOUVER
Published: March 22, 2023, 6:00am

How long and how many times does the city have to move the camps on the end of Fifth and Main? Every time it’s cleaned up, in about a couple of days, another camp pops up. I’m sure it’s hard enough for Runyan Jewelers to make a living let alone to have this mess to contend with.
