Vancouver police are seeking the public’s help locating a missing 69-year-old man last seen Tuesday evening.

The son of Michael J. Spencer last saw him around 8 p.m., and he believes Spencer might be experiencing a dementia episode, according to the police department. He requires extensive assistance with tasks around his house.
