Olga and Yaroslav Mikhalets, owners of Sweet Touch Bakery and Svitoch European Deli, have purchased Camas Market at 2940 N.E. Everett St. in Camas.
The newly renovated shop sells pantry items, organic produce, deli goods, and freshly baked bread and pastries. Hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday,
The store includes a large produce selection with an organics section. Rao’s pasta sauces, Steven Smith Teamaker teas, and salsas and pickles made for the market line the shelves. Vegan and traditional meats and cheeses, kombucha, and luxury goods like caviar cream and Blue Bottle cold brewed coffee fill a wall of refrigerators.
Freshly baked sourdough bread and deli items will be available by the grand opening on June 1.
