Riverview Bank, Clark County’s hometown for-profit financial institution, is officially a centenarian.
According to a statement from the company, Riverview was started by a handful of community-minded people who wanted to bank locally and have access to mortgages. These founders believed that homeownership created a stronger sense of community.
That importance placed on community is something the business, even now, still hopes to foster.
