Two seriously injured in Mount Vista crash

Two drivers were taken to an area hospital with serious injuries Tuesday following a head-on crash in the Mount Vista area.

Clark County sheriff’s deputies responded at about 10:45 a.m. to a crash near the 15900 block of Northeast Union Road. Callers reported to 911 that a car drove over the center line and hit an oncoming car, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

Both drivers were taken to a hospital for their injuries, the news release states.

The sheriff’s office’s Traffic Unit is continuing to investigate the crash.
