Letter: Consider source of opinion on growth

I read the Local View column written by Steve Horenstein (“Be proud of council’s leadership on growth plan,” The Columbian, May 14). He makes some good points. However as a legal counsel for many developers in the county his view is very colored by who he represents. The county council overruled a recommendation that called for a more modest annual growth rate.
