Event aims to encourage young people interested in law

Panelists at Clark County’s first Color of Justice event told a gallery of middle school students Thursday about being a series of firsts: the county’s first Black Superior Court judge, the first Asian American on the federal bench in Oregon and the first enrolled member of a Native American tribe to sit on a state Supreme Court.
