Creating your own company is like a box of chocolates (you never know what you’re going to get), and for Lisa Pogue, the various twists, turns, and bumps in the road that a business takes on its journey to success have only made the end product all the sweeter.

Pogue is the owner of the local gift shop Sweet Intention Gift Boutique, at 218 N.E.
