The Building Industry Association of Clark County announced Monday winners for its annual Industry Awards and People’s Choice Awards.
The association hosts numerous shows throughout the year including its GRO Parade of Homes, Columbia Credit Union Remodeled Homes Tour and the New Homes Tour. Attendees and industry professionals vote on the projects with winners recognized at the association’s Industry Awards and People’s Choice Awards.
Kingston Homes’ project Vivid was the big winner during the Parade of Homes this year. The home won Best Kitchen, Best Primary Suite, Best Entertainment Room, Best Landscape, Best Interior Decorating, Best Architecture, Best Floor Plan, Best Outdoor Living Space and Best of Show.
Kingston Homes also took home Best of Show and six other categories at the People’s Choice Awards. The Sana by Marnella Homes won Best Kitchen and the Terra Vista by Cascade West Development won Best Architecture.
