The Camas boys tennis team got even with 4A Greater St. Helens League rival Union, taking down the Titans 5-1 on Thursday.

Union won the first meeting against the defending 4A state champions 4-2 last month.

The top players in both matches were the same. The difference was where they were in their lineups.

In Thursday’s win, Camas got a pair of 6-0, 6-0 victories at No. 1 and 2 singles from Tommy James and Aiden Braiser, who won at No. 1 doubles in the first match against Union.

The Titans had their top two players, Rohan Thawani and Alex Lin at No. 1 doubles where they beat Camas’ team of Kyle Wen and Nathan Chen 6-3, 6-2.

Thawani and Lin won No. 1 and 2 singles in the September match.
