Art at Cave, 108 E Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver, seeks submissions for its December exhibit, “Small Wonders,” showcasing art that is no larger than 1,728 square inches priced at $150 or less.

For this exhibit only, the gallery is reducing its commission from 50 percent to 25 percent. The exhibit will be paired with a separate showing by local artist Yoshi Kitai. Send an email to gallery@artatthecave.com with photos of your works. Label each photo with your name, the title of the work, media used and dimensions. Each person may submit up to three works for a non-refundable fee of $5. The deadline to submit art is Nov. 9. The exhibit runs from Dec. 1 to 30.

The gallery is also accepting submissions for its February exhibit, “Heart at the Cave.” Artists should “show their hearts” by showing or creating what they love, either in the abstract or the concrete. Art should show expressions of emotion, culture or civilization. Paintings, sculptures and videos are all acceptable mediums. To submit work, send a JPG image with title, dimensions and media to gallery@artatthecave.com. The entry fee for one, two or three pieces (or one video, maximum three minutes) is $15. The deadline to submit art is Jan. 15. Exhibit dates are Feb. 1 to 29.
