During a pivotal third quarter, Seton Catholic outscored Life Christian Academy 29-0 to turn a halftime deficit into a 53-34 road win at Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma on Saturday.

Joe Callerame scored five touchdowns (four receiving, one rushing) for the Cougars (3-0) and Jacob Williams added a rushing touchdown while also running in a two-point conversion on the ground.

Callerame caught scoring passes of 32, 61, 42 and 53 yards from Kolten Gesser, who threw for 255 yards. Callerame also added a 9-yard touchdown run to cap a third-quarter outburst from the Cougars (3-0).

Seton trailed 22-7 in the second quarter and 22-14 at halftime before outscoring Life Christian 29-0 in the third quarter to seize control. Jacob Williams, who finished with 107 rushing yards, capped the opening drive of the half with a 4-yard scoring run, and Callerame added three TDs in the quarter.

Seton defenders consistently put pressure on Life Christian quarterback Jabez Boyd in the second half, shutting down an offense that had been potent throughout the first two quarters.
