Letter: Baltimore makes bridge progress

After the tragic bridge collapse in Baltimore, the cleanup and recovery efforts are starting to make some gains with the hope of having the port open by the end of May. My question: Is there anyone that wants to bet that they will have a brand new shiny and safe bridge long before we do? Any bets?
