Letter: Unborn have rights

To those who claim abortion is a right, in common law and before, in property law, tort law, criminal law, in the medical field, and by science, the unborn is a human with legal rights and human from conception. But in the area of reproductive matters, the unborn has no right to life and the woman’s choice trumps the child’s.

Finally, morally, what of the over 63 million humans aborted since Roe v. Wade? Half of which were females. Internationally, there’s been over a billion abortions. Contrast abortion to any other intentional cause of death and nothing comes even close to ending human life.
