Letter: We need Greene-free spaces

Here’s a thought: Why don’t all the news organizations in the country agree to stop covering Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga.? Ignore her tweets (Xs?), disregard her rants and raves, fail to show up if she calls a press conference, strategically lose any written press releases, and basically leave the news pages, media spaces, social media platforms, etc., Greene-free spaces. Remove her oxygen, and watch this Greene weed wither and fade away. Plus, it will leave space in all the news media for actual news and actual accomplishments.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
