CAMAS — The Camas Lions Club recently recognized the contributions of Brian M. Scott by awarding him the Melvin Jones Fellowship. This honor bestowed upon Lions worldwide acknowledges individuals who exemplify humanitarianism and embody the spirit of Lionism.
In his seven years as a member of the Camas Lions Club, Scott has served in numerous leadership roles, including membership chair, leadership chair, service chair, LCIF coordinator, and club president. His leadership during his presidency spearheaded the “Be Seen” initiative, which significantly increased the club’s hands-on community involvement and visibility.
