X didn’t mark the spot but Vancouver couple win national treasure hunting contest

Treasure hunters spend 3 years tracking down prize

If you thought treasure hunting was just for pirates, you haven’t met Vancouver couple Dustin White, 41, and Deidra White, 38.

On Jan. 20, the couple won a national treasure hunt by digging up the prize near a statue of Capt. William Clark in Long Beach. It wasn’t a massive treasure chest full of jewels and gold doubloons.
