Vancouver police are seeking the public’s help locating a 14-year-old girl who has been reported missing for the second time this month.

Kailey Furno’s grandmother reported her missing Thursday afternoon. She was last seen Wednesday evening at her residence in Vancouver’s Burton neighborhood, according to a police news release.

She was possibly last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with Mickey Mouse on the front, jeans, white and pink shoes and likely carrying a light blue backpack with flowers on it. Police described her as a white girl, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 200 pounds and with hazel eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair.

Kailey reportedly suffered from a mental health condition that will worsen the longer she does not receive treatment or medication. Police said she might be drawn to bus or train stations, which could take her outside of the area.

She was reported missing earlier this month, and authorities found her in California.

Investigators ask anyone who sees her to contact 911 and reference the police case. Anyone with non-immediate information can contact Det. Jake Carlow at  jake.carlow@cityofvancouver.us.
