SEATTLE — Warmer months may seem a lifetime away, with water pipes in Seattle still thawing, but summer concert announcement season is already underway.

Washington’s premier country music festival, Watershed, is set to return to the Gorge Amphitheatre on Aug. 2-4 and last week, the Live Nation-backed fest revealed its 2024 lineup.

After abruptly canceling his appearance last year due to an illness, heavyweight country star Luke Bryan is set to return this summer as this year’s biggest name. Bryan is joined by breezy country-pop troupe Old Dominion and Hardy as headliners. Having first broken into Nashville as a behind-the-scenes songwriter, Hardy’s stock as an artist has risen over the past few years, thanks to hits like his arresting murder ballad “Wait in the Truck” with breakout star Lainey Wilson, who stepped into Bryan’s headlining slot last year.

Also on deck: Former CMT reality show contestant-turned-country star Riley Green, Cole Swindell, rock-tinged Texan Koe Wetzel and Canadian country vet Terri Clark. Maddie & Tae — best known for their 2019 hit “Die From a Broken Heart” — the Cadillac Three, Ashland Craft, Brian Kelley, Pecos & the Rooftops, Dee Jay Silver, Josh Ross, Dylan Scott and Zach Top are also slated to play the main stage.

Tickets to the 12th annual country bash start at $295 (including service fees) for three-day passes and go on sale 10 a.m. Saturday at watershedfest.com.
