Magenta makeover: New management aims for more inclusive, representative theater in Vancouver

It’s not unusual for volunteer-driven nonprofit organizations to suffer a fair amount of churn and burn, given the perpetual need for free labor, potential for confusion about management and decision-making, and inevitable conflicts that arise as “shared vision” turns out to be not so shared after all.
