Society of Washington Artists seek artists for spring show

The Society of Washington Artists seeks artists for its spring show, May 15-18. Registration is open until April 30 or when 200 entries have been received. The society is looking for two-dimensional art in all mediums, sculpture and photography. Artists can submit up to three pieces. Cash awards will be given for “best in show” and first place in each category. Non-cash awards will be given for second and third places. The application fee is $35 for the first entry and $10 for each additional piece. If accepted, the society will retain a 35 percent commission on all sales.
