Larry Blaufus of Clark Public Utilities has been named 2010-11 president of the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce. On Wednesday, he will replace Damon Webster of MacKay & Sposito.

Also joining the chamber board for two-year terms are Rachel Loper, an agent with Nies Insurance; Clifford Duncan of Four Rivers Group Inc.; and Tonya Winslow of Lacamas Community Credit Union.

The board will conduct its half-day annual planning meeting in late September at the Camas Public Library. At the meeting, board members will map out the chamber’s strategy and focus for the year.
