LYNNWOOD, Wash. (AP) — A volunteer with a south Snohomish County youth soccer club is accused of stealing about $75,000 over three years.

Prosecutors charged 40-year-old Lynn Wyatt on Monday with theft by writing herself more than 100 checks.

The Daily Herald of Everett reports she is scheduled to answer the charge Sept. 14 in court.

The Terrace Brier Soccer Club serves about 700 children and spends nearly $70,000 a year for soccer field fees, referee’ pay, uniforms and gear.
