AUBURN, Wash. (AP) — King County sheriff’s detectives have found more bones in an Auburn ravine where a skull was found Tuesday.
Spokesman John Urquhart (URK’-hart) says the bones are most likely human.
Urquhart says the skull apparently had been there for years. Investigators don’t know who it is, how the person died or if it was a crime. The King County medical examiner’s office is working on an identification.
Auburn police called in the sheriff’s office because of it’s experience at outdoor crime scenes.
