ALBANY, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon Transportation Department says about 20 gallons of sodium hydroxide — caustic soda — spilled when a vehicle overturned on northbound Interstate 5 in Albany.
Traffic was restricted early Monday for a hazmat cleanup. There were no injuries.
