PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — An 18-year-old man died Monday after falling 150 feet at the Angel’s Rest view point in Columbia River Gorge.
Authorities say that Victor Anthony Powell of Portland, Ore., fell 150 feet while hiking with two friends. After the fall, eyewitnesses attempted to revive Powell, but he died at the scene.
