OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Secretary of State Sam Reed predicts that 66 percent of Washington’s 3.6 million voters — nearly 2.4 million — will vote in Tuesday’s election.

His office says that would be the biggest participation since 1970.

Ballots must be postmarked or dropped off Tuesday to count.
