When, where: 7 p.m. Friday at Doc Harris Stadium, Camas
Records: Skyview (2-1); Camas (3-0); non-league game.
Game notes: We can say this much about the Storm: They like playing exciting games. Well, maybe they don’t like it, that’s what they’ve done this season, rally from 17 points down to beat Coeur d’Alene and beating Heritage in OT … This game is the game-of-the-week in Clark County, with both teams ranked in the 4A and 3A state polls … Skyview RB Parker Henry has rushed for 381 yards and four TDs. … Camas QB Logan Grindy has passed for 462 yards and 4 TDs. … Both Camas and Skyview like to spread the ball around to a bevy of capable receivers. … Ellis Henderson is a big-play threat for Skyview. … Grindy was 10 of 16 passes in soggy conditions last week against River.
Columbian’s take: Camas seemed right at home at the new Doc Harris Stadium against River after some uneven performances on the road against Timberline and Mountain View. But Skyview seems a bit more battled-tested after some difficult opening games. That might be the edge for the Storm. PICK: SKYVIEW
