Marrion — The Parks Foundation of Clark County met their goal and raised around $10,000 through the St. Paddy’s for Parks event held March 18 at Shorty’s Nursery. This is the event’s first year.
During the event, the Patrick Lamb Band played to a full house. The foundation helps support parks, trails and recreational programs in Clark County. St. Paddy’s for Kids, held March 19, was one of those events hosted by the foundation. Around 350 children attended the free event which had activities hosted by nonprofit community partners.
