SEATTLE (AP) — Officials are still investigating how a King County sheriff’s deputy killed a man south of Seattle.
His name and more information about the shooting may be released Tuesday by the King County medical examiner’s office.
The sheriff’s office says he was wanted for eluding officers in chases April 10 and earlier Sunday. His car was cornered after a stakeout Sunday night outside an apartment.
The sheriff’s office says he rammed three cars before he was fatally shot. The 25-year-old Kent man had a record of drug, theft, burglary and reckless driving convictions.
