TIGARD, Ore. (AP) — A fire at a Tigard duplex has killed a 70-year-old woman.
Officials with the Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue say the fire that broke out at 3 a.m. Sunday morning. A neighbor called 911.
Fire crews were able to control the blaze within minutes, despite complications from electrical lines. Crews searching the home found the elderly woman on the floor. She has not been identified.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
