STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) — Shawn Lewis scored 11 points to lead Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo to a 43-39 victory over Pacific on Thursday night.

The Mustangs (5-8, 1-1 Big West) rallied from a 34-27 deficit midway through the second half and held the Tigers (8-7, 1-2) to just 27.5 shooting from the field.

Pacific saw its lead evaporate by making just two of its final 19 shots from the field. The Tigers went almost eight minutes without scoring to allow Cal Poly to take command down the stretch.

Demetrece Young had a game-high 13 points for Pacific. Sam Willard, Pacific’s leading scorer, had a game-high 14 rebounds but was limited to seven points.
