KENT, Wash. (AP) — A 16-year-old charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of another 16-year-old at Auburn pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday in King County Superior Court in Kent.

KOMO Radio reports James Anthony Mills is charged as an adult and remains in jail on $1 million bail.
