Clark County — Evergreen Habitat for Humanity will celebrate two decades in Clark County with a June 25 “Tool Box Bash” at the Clark County Events Center.

The event will feature a silent auction, construction-themed games and refreshments — as well as a history of Evergreen Habitat for Humanity. Beginning in 1991, the nonprofit agency has worked with volunteers to build affordable housing for low-income people. Homes are sold at no profit with a zero-interest mortgage in exchange for “sweat equity” contributed to construction.

Tickets to the event cost $45 per person, with all proceeds directly supporting Evergreen Habitat for Humanity’s home ownership program. In 20 years, Evergreen Habitat has built 21 homes housing more than 80 individuals.

For more information or to purchase tickets, contact Melissa at 360-737-1759 or Melissa@ehfh.org.
