Wojta scores 20 as Wisconsin-Green Bay wins again

FAIRBORN, Ohio (AP) — Julie Wojta scored 20 points and No. 15 Wisconsin-Green Bay beat Wright State 75-54 on Thursday for its 19th consecutive victory.

Wisconsin-Green Bay (28-1, 17-0) already has clinched its fourth straight outright Horizon League title and will play at Detroit on Saturday for a chance at its second unbeaten conference regular season in the past three years. The Phoenix, enjoying the highest ranking in the history of the program, have won 26 consecutive regular-season conference games.

Sarah Eichler had 16 points and Kayla Tetschlag added 14 for the Phoenix, who had 20 assists on 26 field goals.

LaShawna Thomas led Wright State (17-11, 10-7) with 16 points.

Wisconsin-Green Bay opened the second half with a 17-6 surge to take a 47-33 lead with 12:31 left. Lydia Bauer capped the run with a 3-pointer.
