The Washington Department of Transportation warns that drivers heading northbound Interstate 5 should expect delays near Woodland.

The freeway is down to one lane for emergency repairs on the North Fork Lewis River Bridge, between mileposts 19 and 20. The right and center lanes are closed so crews can patch a hole in the center lane of the bridge deck.

Only the left lane remains opens. Drivers are urged to allow extra time for travel or consider alternate routes.

The work on the freeway is expected by finished by noon.
