How has the economy affected your business: Work on new home construction dropped off significantly beginning when the housing market crashed. That led Eoff to cut staff and streamline business operations, said Bob Mumford, Eoff’s director of marketing.

Greatest challenge: Mumford said the greatest challenge is keeping up to date on the changing needs of current and potential customers. The company emphasizes its use of up-to-date technology as one way it tries to meet this challenge.

What’s ahead: Eoff is working to provide faster service and to offer more information to customers who want to understand its products.
