Fellowship-trained nonsurgical spine specialist David M. Impastato, M.D., joined the team of experts at Rebound Orthopedics and Neurosurgery on Feb. 26.

As a fellowship-trained physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, Impastato specializes in nonsurgical treatment of bone, joint, muscle and nerve-related conditions. His approach to care combines the best wellness practices with the latest nonsurgical techniques and technology.

“We are proud to welcome Dr. Impastato to our spine care team at Rebound Orthopedics and Neurosurgery,” said John Kafrouni, board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist. “He is an excellent doctor who builds trust with his patients by communicating with them directly about their needs to help them get back to the activities and lifestyles that are most important to them.”

Impastato earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health New Orleans School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Washington Medical Center. He concluded his training with an interventional spine fellowship at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle.
