Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
American Pacific Mortgage has subleased 4,000 square feet of office space at H.H. Hall Building, 10000 N.E. Seventh Ave., Vancouver, from John L. Scott. Craig Johnson of Northwest Equities represented American Pacific Mortgage; Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented John L. Scott.
PJS Restaurant, dba Kim’s Grill, has renewed their lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space at Four Seasons, 2702 N.E. 114th Ave., Suite 3, Vancouver. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
Richard Keyser has leased 1,050 square feet of office space at 301 E. 17th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the tenant; Sharon Geivett of G&G represented the landlord.
Sandra Rilatas has leased 1,352 square feet of office space at Maria’s Properties, 9106 N.E. Highway 99, Suite H, Vancouver, for a colon-cleansing business. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and the landlord.
