Clark Public Utilities to sell landmark substation next to Interstate 5 Bridge

One of Vancouver’s most historic, visible and unusual buildings has been listed for sale at $1 million.

The three-story gray building, located immediately east of Interstate 5 at the north end of the I-5 Bridge, has been declared surplus by its owner, Clark Public Utilities.
