Police say missing Portland teen endangered

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland police are asking the public’s health in finding a missing 18-year-old they says is endangered by a “critical mental health situation.”

Henry Willard Smith III was last seen around 6 p.m. Wednesday in downtown Portland.

Smith is described as an 18-year-old white male, 5-foot-11, weighing 150 pounds. He has medium-length brown hair and blue eyes.

Smith may be driving a gold 1986 Jaguar XJS, Oregon license plate 9P1363.
