I see that the Clark County GOP is as “normal” as the national GOP. The GOP as a whole is an incredibly dysfunctional and judgmental group. Just ask the independent thinking women of the county and the nation.
Local Republicans consume their own in their destructive and misguided goal to be as far right and religious as possible.
I was a Barack Obama delegate in Clark County when he was elected, but was willing to look at an alternative from another party this go-round, but we do not have any viable options to vote for from the “Party of No,” both locally and on the national stage. Until they bring themselves out of their 19th-century thinking, they are going to struggle bringing new voters to their platform.
