Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

1040 Tax Office has leased 800 square feet at Heritage Plaza, 15640 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group Inc. represented the landlord.

Amfit Inc. has purchased The Quartz Building, a 27,805-square-foot industrial building on 5.12 acres at 3611 N.E. 68th St., Vancouver, from Quartz Commercial LLC. The purchase price was $2,200,000. Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer, and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the seller.

Chavez Mexican Candy has purchased a 4,408-square-foot retail/flex building at 4510 N.E. 68th Drive, Vancouver, from Flex Properties–Cold Creek LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties in the transaction.

Everett Road LLC has purchased an office building on 2.5 acres at 4627 N.E. Everett St., Camas, from Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints. The purchase price was $550,100. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer.

iQ Credit Union has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at Hazel Dell Towne Center, 8901 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., Suite 110, Vancouver, from Pine Tree — Sau Hazel Dell LLC. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant, and Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Kosta Fassilis, developer, has purchased 10 lots in the Walnut Village subdivision for $375,000 from Rialto, of Miami, Fla. The subdivision is on the north side of Northeast 58th Street at Northeast 75th Avenue. Patrick Ginn of The Hasson Company represented the buyer, and Sierk Braam, Denis O’Neill and Mike Tharp of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.

NW Justice renewed its lease of 3,080 square feet at The 500 Building, 500 W. Eighth St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group Inc. represented the landlord.

SSP Group LLC purchased 3,600 square feet of new warehouse space at Union Ridge Commerce Center, 7509 S. Fifth St., Ridgefield, from the Coppedge Family Living Trust. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group Inc. represented the seller.

Vancouver Defenders has leased 1,252 square feet of office space at The 500 Building, 500 West Eighth Street, Vancouver, from Clark County. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group Inc. represented the landlord.
